We're seeking a strategic leader to optimize the user experience today, design the experience of the future and usher us into the next-generation platform. As Director - Products & Services, you'll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, creating experiences which elevate and simplify the healthcare journey for our clients globally. What you’ll do

 

  • Leverage member feedback to create actionable improvements to the TELUS Health One platform experience
  • Envision and design the next generation member-facing platform, constantly optimizing the member experience journey
  • Build successful partnerships with our CIO Engineering teams to develop, evolve and continuously improve the application
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams ensuring that our digital experience enables specific business outcomes
  • Take ownership of the current platform while envisioning what the market needs at a global scale
  • Drive our brand globally through elevated digital design and exceptional customer/member experiences
  • Report directly to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and contributions to corporate goals

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • Strategic mindset combined with a bias for hands-on execution
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organization
  • Ability to think like a customer to envision future needs and translate into digital experiences
  • Expertise in building great digital design and customer experiences
  • Deep understanding of visual thinking and storytelling strategies
  • Experience in managing multiple competing priorities and executive stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with building programs from the ground up and adapting to real-time conditions

 

Great-to-haves
     

  • Health industry background preferred but not required
  • Understanding of application environments (technical familiarity, not coding)
  • Background in marketing/advertising and web development (ideal combination) 
Salary Range:  $128,000-$192,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  30%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
