As our Clinical Programming Director, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing next-generation preventive and longevity health programs that transform how we deliver care across our network. What you'll do
Lead Preventive & Longevity Care Innovation
- Develop and refine breakthrough protocols for preventive screening, early detection, and evidence-based longevity care (metabolic health, biological age interventions, hormone optimization, advanced risk stratification)
- Transform Medicine 3.0 principles—proactive, personalized, tech-enabled care—into operational workflows that our clinical teams can seamlessly execute
Drive Cross-Functional Excellence
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology teams to ensure protocols are scalable, adopted, and continuously improved
- Lead clinical program onboarding and education initiatives, spreading best practices across our 14-clinic network
Optimize Program Performance
- Define and monitor program-level KPIs, clinical quality indicators, and outcomes benchmarks
- Conduct adoption audits across clinics and drive continuous improvements based on data insights and frontline feedback
Integrate Digital Health Innovation
- Partner with our digital health and engineering teams to embed clinical logic into cutting-edge platforms (AI tools, clinical dashboards, digital twin models)
- Evaluate and integrate new diagnostics and care tools (genomics, full-body imaging, advanced labs, wearables) into standard protocols
Deliver Strategic Value
- Ensure programs align with B2B client expectations (employers, insurers, strategic partners), supporting measurable ROI, patient engagement, and population health outcomes
Qualifications
What You Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous medical experience and credentials in good standing with provincial medical / NP college. (MD, NP not required to be in an active practice)
- Experience in clinical program leadership, care model design, or quality improvement
- Expertise and passion for longevity-focused, precision medicine, and preventive care approaches grounded in Medicine 3.0 thinking
- Strong analytical abilities with clinical KPIs, quality metrics, and patient outcomes evaluation
- Exceptional communication and change leadership skills across clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in rolling out multi-site protocols and clinical team education
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with technology, product, and operations teams
- Experience with EMRs, digital health platforms, or clinical logic tools
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth, innovation-driven environments
- Passion for transforming healthcare through technology and personalized medicine
