Are you interested in creating the future of work?
At TELUS, we’re looking for bright people that like solving big problems. And as part of the People & Culture team, you tackle all kinds. We are not your standard (traditional) HR. We embrace discomfort and we have fun doing it. We’re just as passionate about our team as we are about our customers and we’re looking for people that radiate this passion.
Here’s what we believe:
- We break down silos - by bringing together multiple business units for great outcomes
- We challenge the status quo – and when others think we’re done, we make it better
- We live up to our commitments – to ourselves, our friends, family, peers, leaders and our customers
- Our success is all about how we do things – how we think, solve problems, deliver, communicate, and more
Here's the impact you'll make!
In this role, you wear several hats: part consultant, part coach and part driver. Focusing 6-24 months out, you lead a team of analysts and consultants who advise business leaders on people solutions that support their business goals.
You are a pragmatic, no-nonsense leader with a fantastic sense of humour. Your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis and strategy. You have a natural curiosity and appreciate continuous improvement, while harvesting learnings to enhance our business and team.
If this sounds like you, read on…
