This posting is specifically for the Software & AI Solutions stream of the Graduate Technology Leadership Program.
The Graduate Technology Leadership Program has three separate postings (Next Gen Networking Services, Cybersecurity Applications and Software & AI Solutions).

What you'll work on in the Software & AI Solutions Stream:
As part of the GTLP, you will complete 9-month rotations across 3 different teams to help you develop technical expertise and leadership skills. Rotations are designed to promote accelerated development. Once your first rotation is complete, there is an opportunity to move within other streams (Next Gen Networking Services and Cybersecurity Applications.)]
Your focus on this stream will be one or more of the following:
- Design and develop the next generation of intelligent solutions that improve our customers' lives and deliver on our future friendly brand promise
- Combine cutting-edge software development with artificial intelligence to create solutions that are not only technically excellent, but also robust and scalable
- Engage with initiatives that utilize AI and machine learning to strengthen business decisions and insights and enhance customer experiences
- Empower critical business outcomes through capabilities that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation
In this stream, you will gain hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies essential for a world-class tech company. This may include building skills in one or some combination of
the following areas:
- Programming Languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and Go
- Cloud Platforms and architecture (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) for developing highly available and scalable services
- DevOps and Containerization tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Machine Learning Frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and various MLOps tools for deploying and managing models in production
- Big Data Technologies and databases (SQL/NoSQL) to handle and analyze vast amounts of customer and network data

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- You must be a recent grad within one year or be expecting to graduate by August 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical degree
- Minimum 4-12 months of relevant professional work, internship or co-op experience in a technical environment

Technical Foundation:
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and best practices
Learning Agility:
- Strong aptitude for rapidly acquiring new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
- Adaptable and comfortable working with unfamiliar tools and evolving technical landscapes
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team environments

Recruitment Process:
1. Application review (on a rolling basis)
2. Completion of pre-screening questions to self-assess your skills with certain tools and technologies.(15 minutes)
3. Phone Interview (30 minutes)
4. Completion of a video project (Pending invitation)
5. Panel Interview (1 hour)
6. Background Check
7. Offer
8. Start date: June or October 2026
