Here’s the impact you’ll make
As the Growth Manager - Digital Acquisition, you will manage a team of passionate growth marketers owning the digital acquisition strategy and execution roadmap across TELUS.com, the TELUS App and Koodo.com. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Paid Media, 1:1 Communications and Digital Sales to increase customer acquisition through TELUS’ digital properties. You’ll remove blockers, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and empower your pod to drive measurable growth.
Here’s how
- Blend creative thinking with analytical synthesis to develop and implement strategies that increase user acquisition and digital growth.
- Define and own the digital acquisition roadmap across product categories (TELUS Mobility, Home Solutions, Emerging, Koodo).
- Drive influence across Paid and Owned channels, ensuring effective digital journeys and experiences.
- Oversee strategic planning and campaign execution aligned with omnichannel acquisition efforts.
- Lead coordination of digital-only event campaigns and Web as Product strategies for prospects.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Sales and UX on optimizing pre-checkout and eligibility flows.
- Support cross-functional testing of digital-exclusive messaging, offers, and creative variations.
- Track and report digital’s role in influencing new customer acquisition, including app-driven wins.
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or ecommerce acquisition.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and multitasking ability.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel media and performance marketing.
- A proactive and experimental approach to finding new ways to drive digital growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project workflows.
- Exceptional communication and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams
