Our Supply Operations and Procurement team is dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial and is responsible for driving strategic growth that will help deliver an enhanced customer experience. We have direct responsibility for working across our Chief Procurement Office (CPO) in addition to other stakeholders across TELUS to develop roadmaps for key supply operations and logistics capabilities that directly impact how we deliver products and services to our customers.

You will join a team on a growth journey, supporting highly visible programs and owning key deliverables that help us progress towards our transformation to offer a more digital and seamless customer experience.


What you’ll do

As an L3 Data management on the Analytics & Insight team within Supply Operations and Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in supporting complex cross-functional programs and driving strategic initiatives with a focus on value realization. Your ability to coordinate between stakeholders and technical teams will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects that deliver tangible value to the organization. You will leverage your expertise in Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes to optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement, ultimately realizing value for TELUS. Additionally, your experience in Business Unit integration will be crucial in aligning business units and fostering collaboration to maximize value creation across the organization.

 

  • Lead the development and maintenance of data analytics dashboards for supply chain operations and procurement
  • Drive data asset management and governance within the Supply Operations / Procurement ecosystem
  • Support the development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models for Supply Ops / Procurement optimization
  • Create actionable insights and reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Implement data quality frameworks and standards

What you bring

 

  • Advanced expertise in data analytics and visualization tools
  • Strong experience with AI/ML model development and deployment
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
  • Proficiency in data management and governance principles
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Expertise in programming languages (Python, R, SQL)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Domo)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and data warehousing
  • Understanding of procurement systems and ERP platforms
Salary Range:  $86,000-$130,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
