As a key member of the Learning Team at Consumer Health Ops, you'll be working alongside frontline operations leaders, clinical liaisons, and a passionate group of HealthTech professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional training experiences across our national programs supporting TELUS Health MyCare and Home Health Monitoring. This is a maternity leave coverage position for 18 months.
You'll own the full lifecycle of training content — from curriculum design and instructional development to delivery and continuous improvement — ensuring every team member has the knowledge and tools they need to succeed across both lines of business. What you’ll do
We are looking for a skilled instructional designer and facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be the go-to expert for all things learning and development within Frontline Operations across TELUS Health MyCare and Home Health Monitoring, ensuring training content is accurate, compliant, and impactful.

Qualifications
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a learning & development role
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including frontline and clinical staff
- Strong proficiency with e-learning authoring tools
- Experience managing a Learning Management System
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence
Great-to-haves
- Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated industry setting would be a strong asset
- Familiarity with medical terminology or clinical workflows would be an asset
- Previous experience with video production or multimedia content creation
- Knowledge of training compliance and audit documentation requirements
