We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing, payments, and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing our financial operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless system integrations. Together, we will achieve new heights of efficiency and accuracy in our financial management.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to your international team
  • Lead all billing, payments, and AR management processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Manage system integrations and ensure seamless financial operations
  • Support critical system improvement initiatives
  • Review customer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives

Great-to-haves

 

  • Experience in billing, with a focus on SAP S4
  • Experience in contract management
  • Experience in process creation and process improvement

 

Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.

Salary Range:  $94,000-$142,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  20%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
