What you will do


As Base Campaigns & Offers Manager, you’re charged with driving digital sales strategy and execution excellence for existing TELUS customers in our core Wireline portfolio area. As a bridge between our customers, your stakeholders and the broader digital team, you’re responsible for evolving the way that we engage our existing customer base on product options using the TELUS website/app and facilitate their ability to renew/upgrade products or take up additional products. You’ll help grow the business by increasing digital-only and assisted retention experiences.

 

Reporting to the Director, Wireline Digital in the Digital Sales & Service team, you will collaborate with internal and external delivery teams to craft digital campaigns and offers that target our existing customer base with the aim of increasing retention and growing customer lifetime value.

 

You’ll also advocate for ensuring simplified online sales experiences for our existing TELUS customers.

  • Demonstrate digital sales excellence; helping TELUS emulate local and global digital leaders
  • Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders in the Home Solutions & Customer Excellence division on base strategy and performance
  • Work with a passionate team dedicated in transforming digital for our customers with leading edge technology and processes
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, and leveraging data to drive continued enhancements

 

 

Qualifications

 

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • Deep understanding of the digital environment (online, mobile and social)
  • Comfortable driving discussions from content and page UX to digital campaign strategy to E2E CX and sales process evolution
  • On top of key industry trends that consistently drive changing web requirements
  • Ability to anticipate and assess risks, construct contingency plans, and manage change in a complex environment
  • Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, innovation, and out of the box thinking
  • Proven leadership, coaching, motivating, goal setting, performance management and human resource management skills
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to delegate, monitor and manage high volume workloads
  • Ability to effectively solve problem and deal with complex project issues
  • Experience navigating and partnering with a large and diverse stakeholder mix
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5+ years experience digital marketing and/or ECommerce
  • Experience in customer retention strategies
  • Familiarity with TELUS Home Solutions products
  • People leadership experience including performance management
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to traverse complex stakeholder landscapes 
  • Ability to structure ambiguous asks and deal with conflicting priorities
  • ·Experience using Agile project/task management tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Bias for action
