for you to join us as a Manager - Channel Management, to support a team of engaged and energetic Channel Managers. This is an exciting and rewarding people leadership role, encompassing complete ownership of a team that owns the commercial developer relationships to provide access to our build and our sales team. In this role, you will support the delivery of results that will drive a variety of highly engaged teams within the Fibre sales team.

Your Role:
As the Manager - Channel Management, you will lead a team of Channels Managers who are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers and commercial business owners. You will successfully manage two complex, cross-functional programs (NGM - Commercial and Right of Entry) that generate opportunities for the RFS sales funnel for SMB. You will also work cross-functionally to ensure collaboration with teams responsible for Fiber access and sales, including sales, technicians, and other external stakeholders to execute strategic decisions. Proven ability to lead a dynamic team with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing highly motivated team members is essential. Additionally, you will consult with legal and regulatory on high visibility initiatives for multinational landlords and real estate developer’s portfolios. Your expertise in escalation management and creative negotiations will be crucial in generating developer contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve and exceed access agreements targets.
- Drive prospecting efforts and expand our customer base
- Customer Focus: Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer experiences and builds long-term relationships
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary
- Reporting & Analysis: Track access agreement metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management. Use data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
- Real estate or commercial development experiences are an asset
- Proven ability to lead teams, excellent communication (written and oral), facilitate and deliver presentations
- Strong knowledge of Business to Business environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, action-oriented, deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding communicator able to effectively articulate the vision, goals, and strategic imperatives of the business and act as an enabler for feedback
- Strong and effective decision-maker able to review options in a constructive and methodical manner to establish the best course of action for the organization
- Detailed understanding of the access management agreement process and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business results
- Proven track record of consistent and sustainable performance, exceeding challenging financial targets
