You will support a talented group of product managers creating and bringing the vision for innovative new services to life, by discovering high growth opportunities and delivering new smart home automation and security solutions.

What you’ll do


  • Foster and environment of innovation, championing a positive culture and driving team member engagement and provide guidance and direction to a team of Product Management & Business Analyst professionals, championing a positive culture and driving team member engagement
  • Define the vision, strategy and multi-year service development roadmap and present ideas and opportunities to senior leaders 
  • Guide co-design of new service experiences with customers 
  • Work across teams to prioritize initiatives that will move the needle on business outcomes and customer experience
  • Champion new services and rally organization to support key goals 
  • Forge executive level relationships with leading edge partners across multiple industries CHE 2022


What you bring 


  • Noted for your leadership of people, with an ability to bring teams along the journey 
  • Exceptional at relationship building, with experience managing, motivating and mentoring 
  • Adept at defining and maintaining focus on strategic and customer value with the courage to drive difficult data-led decisions 
  • Significant product management or product owner experience
  • Proven track-record of new technology product and service introduction
  • With a knack for presentation and storytelling, you craft clear, concise and compelling messages
  • Passion and interest in smart consumer technologies




  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering or computer science or equivalent practical experience; MBA is an asset
  • Service Design experience
  • Experience developing product partnerships
  • Working knowledge in one or more of the industries of home automation, energy, wearables, security, mobile, internet, home networking
