We are seeking a Manager, Performance Analysis, to serve as the strategic link between TELUS Health Finance and our Consumer Health business lines, managing monthly results, forecasting, and capital planning while providing critical insights into business performance to drive strategic decisions that improve the business and overall financial success.
What you'll do:
- Work in close collaboration with the TELUS Health Finance team to manage the monthly results, forecasting, and budget process
- Be the main point of contact for the Finance team with regards to results, forecasting inputs, and strategic planning / initiatives within the Business
- Collaborate with the various business teams within Consumer Health to get details and insights into the main drivers of results and key risks and opportunities within each LoB
- Responsible for supporting and liaising across two business lines within TELUS (TH and TCS)
- Support business case development and related models for new initiatives and capital requests and be able to present these to the Finance team for support, review and approval
- Work with the various teams within the business to manage capital spend
- Present to Executive leaders on both the Business and Finance sides to provide support for monthly results, strategic options to improve business efficiency and options to grow the business and enhance profitability
- As the role evolves with the forecasted growth of the business, there will likely be a people leadership component. Coaching, recruiting, performance managing and owning team scorecards and outcomes

You're likely in a similar business/finance role today, with many of the following abilities and experience points:
- You are known for your business acumen, skilled at digesting financial information and articulating it
- You have in-depth knowledge of SAP, Tableau and similar data platforms and are able to contribute to month end activities
- Technical Literacy: You are known for your proficiency in Excel (financial modeling and data analysis), Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Communication Mastery: Your written and verbal communication abilities are renowned. You regularly synthesize complex financial data into a compelling narrative
- Analytical Rigor: You possess a strong sense of ownership and a "no-task-too-small" mentality; providing error-free materials is a non-negotiable requirement
- Leadership: You’ve led highly engaged teams, done hiring, led coaching and have had top team members promoted into bigger roles.
- You have an education background in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field
