Join our team at the heart of TELUS SmartHome services! We manage best-in-class Marketing Acquisition programs to achieve our national SmartHome sales targets. Together, we’ll ensure TELUS consistently meets its SmartHome goals with a mix of strategic and responsive marketing and sales channel tactics, making communities safer, stronger, and more connected one home at a time.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive SmartHome Sales Success: Champion organic SmartHome sales initiatives by collaborating with Marketing, Channel, Pricing, Product, and other stakeholders
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of innovative GTM activities, making a tangible impact on our annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
- Empower Frontline Teams: Ensure our strategy and value propositions are clear and compelling within our sales channels, providing frontline team members with comprehensive training and resources to excel in their roles
- Leverage Data for Insights: Utilize data-backed insights to guide decision-making, ensuring our strategies are rooted in facts and positioned for success
- Foster a Culture of Collaboration: Promote transparency and continuous improvement by encouraging open communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Outcomes: Ensure every customer interaction is exceptional by equipping teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Proven track record of delivering quantifiable outcomes aligning with business KPIs & goals
- Data-driven marketer proficient with data sources, reporting tools, and sales systems
- Knowledge of sales channels with the ability to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Solution-oriented thinker with a bias for action (you get things done, fast!)
- Ability to present compelling data-driven narratives
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication)
Great to Have:
- High proficiency with TELUS data sources, reporting tools, and sales systems
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
- Experience in one or more TELUS Sales Channels
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Marketing and Business Management positions
- A degree in Marketing or Data Science

Salary Range: $67,000-$101,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
