This individual will be a brand champion and a strategic partner—leading projects that enhance brand consistency and engagement across all marketing touchpoints. A strong background in copywriting, brand voice development, and content production is critical, as well as project management excellence.
What you’ll do
- Write, edit and review brand-aligned copy and marketing assets for social media, campaigns, briefs, digital content, and sales enablement materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Maintain and manage the organic social calendar and community engagement
- Support clinic rebranding, Merger & Acquisition brand asset production, and campaign readiness initiatives
- Coordinate creative production and collaborate with designers, vendors, Sales and Product teams to meet content and campaign needs
- Assist in executing events, tradeshows, and internal marketing activations
- Participate in brand audits and contribute to naming, messaging, and visual identity discussions to maintain consistency across channels
Qualifications
What you bring
- University degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, or integrated marketing communications
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries is an asset
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional marketing projects from brief to execution
- Detail-oriented with a strong visual and written brand sensibility
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into integrated brand plans
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and working under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative spirit and comfort working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with campaign execution, creative production, or event coordination
- Fluent in English; French bilingualism a strong asset
Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.
