We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to join the TELUS Home Solutions Entertainment team. Stream+ is TELUS' flagship streaming bundle, central to our entertainment strategy for driving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.

As the Marketing Manager for Stream+, you will be the primary architect of our national acquisition strategy. You will own the pricing and promotional roadmap, develop profitable growth strategies to scale the portfolio to new customers while identifying and promoting key value propositions and cross-product bundling opportunities that increase customer lifetime value.

As the dedicated lead for Stream+, you will drive the end-to-end growth engine for our premier streaming bundle. You will act as a strategic advisor to product and marketing teams, using agile pricing and performance data to scale the next generation of entertainment packaging.
Here’s how:
- Lead Quarterly Loading Plans: Develop and execute robust national acquisition plans to meet ambitious subscriber targets
- Drive Pricing & Promotion Strategy: Own the national pricing architecture and promotional calendar for Stream+, balancing aggressive growth with portfolio profitability
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics, providing deep-dive analysis into health indicators and market trends
- Master "Test & Learn" Initiatives: Design and lead regional pricing pilots and promotional experiments to pioneer new ways of capturing market share
- Product Health & Recovery: Proactively identify performance gaps and architect rapid recovery plans to ensure the portfolio remains on track
- Bundle Innovation: Create compelling cross-product experiences by anchoring Stream+ within the broader TELUS ecosystem to maximize customer lifetime value
- Executive Influence: Synthesize complex data into high-impact performance updates and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications
What you bring:
- 3+ years of progressive marketing experience (e.g., moving from individual contributor to portfolio/campaign ownership) with a proven track record of owning national portfolios or acquisition-heavy roles
- Ability to move from high-level strategy to granular execution, specifically within pricing and promotional frameworks
- You are "hands-on" with data, comfortable translating performance metrics into actionable recovery plans or growth tactics
- A "test and learn" mindset with the ability to pivot strategies quickly based on real-time market feedback
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and present performance narratives to senior leadership
- Self-motivated and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a rapidly evolving streaming landscape
Nice to haves:
- A solid understanding of TELUS Consumer Solutions across both wireless and wireline units
- Deep experience within the telecommunications, OTT streaming, or media industries
