This is the opportunity for you if you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, changing environment, has a strong sense of ownership, and is excited to contribute to a fun and collaborative work environment.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Be at the Centre of Execution: We are on a transformational journey to drive real-time response campaigns supported by a new and automated platform that will significantly reduce customer churn, driving direct EBITDA impact. You’ll play a critical role in activating Trigger Marketing strategy into market-ready campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue impact.

  • Build Hands-On Experience in Trigger Marketing: Gain deep exposure to real-time, data-driven marketing, marketing automation, and multi-channel execution across a fast-growing trigger marketing portfolio.
  • Grow Your Craft: This role offers strong visibility and the chance to sharpen your skills in integrated marketing execution, sales enablement, cross-functional delivery, and performance optimization.

What You'll Do

As the Market Manager, you will be responsible for executing and operationalizing the Mobility Trigger Portfolio. You will lead the following core pillars:

  • GTM Leadership & Campaign Execution: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for trigger-based campaigns, ensuring timely, high-quality launches across customer touchpoints. Partner with campaign operations to drive end-to-end execution across channels, while bringing creativity to life through compelling copywriting across MMS, email and push notifications. Manage campaign workback, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization activities, and provide guidance to the Marketing Specialist on GTM delivery.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting test-and-learn initiatives. Partner with analytics teams to support reporting, insights generation, and performance reviews. Support A/B testing and campaign refinements to improve customer response and business outcomes.
  • Help Build the Ecosystem: Partner with technology, marketing operations and analytics teams to support Trigger Marketing-related capital projects by contributing to marketing requirements, participating in UAT, and providing structured feedback to ensure solutions are launch-ready.
  • Sales Channel Enablement: Develop and maintain clear sales enablement materials to support trigger-driven offers, including toolkits, FAQs, and channel-specific guidance. Act as a key point of contact to address execution questions, feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities from sales channels.
