As a part of the Emerging Markets Go-to-Market Team, you will play a vital role in our success by crafting and implementing innovative growth strategies through tailored messaging, market segmentation, and data-driven acquisition plans to capture the underpenetrated markets in Eastern Canada. Your contribution will be pivotal in meeting our strategic objectives and KPIs.

You’ll use your balance of innovative strategic development, cross-functional relationships with TELUS sales channels, marketing expertise, and commitment to driving improvements through test & learn opportunities to support product launches, develop our go-to-market campaigns and programs, manage channel partner relationships and optimize sales performance across diverse teams to create impactful, customer-centric experiences.
You’ll work across various internal and external stakeholder groups nationally and including TELUS sales channel stakeholders, product teams, PMO, database management and market intelligence teams, and TELUS Home Solutions & Mobility teams to drive progressive and meaningful improvements.
Here’s how:
- Lead channel strategy planning with analysis of ROI, KPI and budget
- Monitor ongoing metrics to drive continuous optimization of channel playbook and SPIFF program
- Develop and execute the channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy for campaign deployment, product launch, communication material, and coaching to drive meaningful customer engagement
- Lead cross-channel interlocks and forums to monitor performance, gather frontline feedback, improve execution, and share business updates
- Collaborate with creative team to produce high-quality, resonant content to strengthen customer interaction
- Support sales enablement across multiple channels to drive growth
- Analyze competitive implications and leverage insights to optimize offer strategy and product positioning
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
- Experience in channel marketing or channel management, or a similar role with a solid understanding of sales channel engagement and performance tactics
- Known for your solution-oriented strategies, you’re a seasoned marketer with a business ownership mindset
- Noted for your knowledge of data and analytic techniques that incorporate well into storytelling
- Consistently demonstrating program management skill sets focused on setting goals, driving performance and optimizing tactics through a collaborative team approach
- You are agile and have a bias for action, removing blocks to get to outcomes
Great-to-haves:
- Knowledge of the Google suite of applications, notably Slides and Sheets
- Experience in marketing, customer acquisition and sales
- Demonstrated budget and program management skills
- Work with data visualization tools (Tableau and Domo)
- Finance and budgeting proficiency
