We’re looking for a collaborative professional to act as the bridge between the marketing team and our sales channel partners, bringing deep experience managing sales performance and stakeholder relationships, as well as a passion for finding creative solutions that deliver results. The Smart Home & Security Marketing team is on a mission to bring peace of mind and convenience to Canadians across the country. Our continuum of superior solutions help people automate their tech and protect their homes, data, and personal safety. We power the demand for these solutions by building awareness, shaping perceptions, earning trust and credibility, and leading people down the path to purchase.
What you’ll do
Your role will act as the bridge between marketing and sales, helping to drive success across all sales channels (including inbound and outbound call teams, corporate and dealer retail stores, installation technicians, and door-to-door teams) by ensuring they’re equipped to support marketing and sales initiatives. This will involve:

Collaborating with marketing peers on strategic and tactical plans, then tailoring these initiatives for each sales channel as needed.

Empowering and invigorating sales channels with the resources they need to sell effectively, including training materials, clear and compelling product/offer positioning, sales collateral and scripting, and more.

Leading the development of strategic and tactical channel plans, making a tangible impact on our annual, quarterly, and monthly sales objectives.

Building hype among our sales channel partners around special promotions, new product capabilities, and other exciting launches.

Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance data to guide decision-making and tactical solutions.

Building trust and facilitating effective collaboration across all levels of the organization with a positive and open attitude.
Qualifications
What you bring

Proven track record of delivering quantifiable outcomes aligning with business KPIs and goals

Data-driven marketing experience and proficiency with data sources, reporting tools, and sales systems

Knowledge of sales channels with an ability to build valuable relationships with key stakeholders

Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
-
Solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action – you know how to get things done!

Ability to present compelling narratives informed by data and insights
-
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Great-to-haves
-
High proficiency with TELUS data sources, reporting tools, and sales systems
-
Experience in one or more TELUS sales channels

3+ years of progressive experience in Marketing and/or Business Management positions
-
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science
