Position Overview
The Talent Strategy and Culture team is currently looking for a passionate and talented individual to join us as a People & Culture Advisor. As a People & Culture Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Talent Strategy and Culture team by managing key components of cultural transformation initiatives. You will oversee the logistics of workshops and focus groups, perform in-depth data analysis, and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Your contributions will directly support the strategic goals of the P&C team, driving positive changes in our team member experience and organizational culture.
Here’s how:
- Project Support: Manage and independently own components of programs or cultural transformational initiatives. Oversee the planning and coordination of focus groups/ workshops or interviews, capturing detailed notes and synthesizing insights to inform and advance strategic recommendations
- Data Analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses with superior quality, consistency, and accuracy to support informed decision-making and recommendations
- Presentation Development: Assist in creating presentation and reporting materials for various audiences, including senior leaders
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive project success
- Change Management: Develop and update communication platforms, including stakeholder engagement websites, to support programs and initiatives
- Performance indicators and budget management: Responsible for ongoing monitoring and management of project indicators and day-to-day budget management

- Proficient with Technology: Highly proficient with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Drive, etc.)
- Resilient and Adaptable: Quickly adapt to changing environments and efficiently manage your time to prioritize numerous deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience and education
- 3-5 years of project management, business analysis or marketing knowledge and experience
Great-to-haves:
- Facilitation experience
- Design Thinking, user experience and or journey mapping
- Experience with user acceptance testing
- Change management experience
- Project management and change management certifications
