We believe that our high-performance culture offers personal fulfillment, professional challenges, and financial rewards.

Join our dynamic Digital Experience Team, a nimble and agile group focused on delivering a “Digital First” strategy for the Small & Medium Business (SMB) segment. As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and development of our Electronic Verification System (eVS), a pivotal platform enabling partner organizations to verify employment and unlock exclusive offers through an online portal. Lastly, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization on key wireless initiatives, ensuring product relevancy and the adaptation of processes that support the business.

Here’s how:

  • Shape the eVS roadmap: Create a seamless, integrated online and offline experience to drive growth through partner organizations
  • Develop business cases: Provide comprehensive data to support the capital planning process
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives: Build collaborative relationships across the organization to deliver programs and projects that enhance the end-to-end customer journey
  • Leverage insights: Analyze data, translating them into actionable recommendations that influence business strategies
  • Monitor platform performance: Track and share key performance details for the TELUS.com journey, focusing on delivery and reliability for our Marketing Partner Program (MPP) customers
  • Resolve system issues: Proactively address and mitigate system-related issues impacting order conversion
