As Product Manager, Customer Journey Automation, you will be responsible for helping TELUS drive our ability to provide automated data driven, relevant, timely targeting and messaging to our customers in order to improve their experience and engagement with our TV product. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing teams, technical teams and partner vendors in an agile manner as well as lead and coordinate various teams across the organization to launch products and services to market.

You will be joining the Video Services Team in the Entertainment & Education Services group as part of Home Solutions Products & Services. This team bridges the business and technical worlds as we design, build and enable capabilities that provide great experiences for customers while achieving the best business outcomes for TELUS. We strive to be a leader in the market for innovation, clear and simple user experience, and content discovery.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

Product Management is about owning the product life cycle, end to end. Applying customer insights and data-driven approaches, you will develop the product backlog and roadmap, gather requirements and then design, build, test and launch features that will be used to improve the customer experience. You will continue to monitor and assess post-launch to make ongoing iterations so that we are developing products and services that truly resonate with users. You will work cross functionally to drive out use cases to improve the customer experience and you will enable others to leverage your product features in order to improve the customer experience. As Product Manager, you will bring together cross-functional teams with your vision, inspiration and organization, and offer thought leadership in strategic planning, assessments and overcoming of obstacles together.
