Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

You are a passionate, detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager, who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple P&C integration projects.You work closely with your colleagues in the P&C M&A team, P&C business partners, business leads, and multiple shared services stakeholders to coordinate the planning and execution of the full scope of people onboarding activities. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:


  • Collaborate with the P&C due diligence team at key milestones to help scope the upcoming integration projects  
  • Monitor completion of people onboarding milestones, and support the Business Consultants to identify and manage workstream risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate the timing and execution of communication deliverables (including managing the review cycles) to support effective change management 
  • Confidently lead and facilitate program status meetings and workshops, including project kick-off and project closing meetings
  • Review and quality control of deliverables such as presentations, FAQs, and support materials with an eye for detail and continuous improvement 
  • Lead specific initiatives to improve team effectiveness. For example, this may include managing websites, creating a resource library for FAQs, creating / organizing / maintaining templates, or validating M&A data in SAP
  • Ensure accurate and timely budget reporting, manage our shared inbox, and administer Google site access 


You're the missing piece of the puzzle


  • Pragmatic project manager: Demonstrated capability to lead large transformational projects in a structured way. You know when a project plan is needed, or when a simple list will get the job done. You overcome constraints with a focus on win/win solutions. You bring 3-5 year experience managing projects and proficiency with G-Suite tools 
  • Energized by fast-paced environments: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple changing priorities and tight deadlines effectively in a very fast paced environment; comfort navigating ambiguity, and a knack for simplifying complex situations
  • Experienced change management lead: Bring change management discipline to every project you touch, big or small. Experience supporting communications deliverables
  • Compelling communicator: Clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communication and facilitation
  • Self-motivated learner: Seeks to understand and grow knowledge, skills and personal capabilities
  • Strong collaborator and relationship builder: Proactively build strong working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, and is someone others actively seek out to partner with
  • Influencer: Ability to influence leaders and peers to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or Human Resources (or equivalent experience and education)





  • Experience with post-acquisition integrations and change management
  • Experience collaborating across multiple areas in TELUS 
  • Previous experience in Human Resources
  • Bilingualism (English & French)
