At TELUS, we’re looking for bright people who like solving big problems. As part of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you tackle all kinds of challenges. We are not your standard HR team. We embrace discomfort and have fun doing it. We’re just as passionate about our team as we are about our customers and share an unyielding dedication to ensuring success for all. Within the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) area of P&C, we craft the strategy to onboard our acquired leaders and team members into TELUS P&C practices. More importantly, we aim to make the experience seamless.

Here’s what we believe

We are ONE team, collaborating across all teams within P&C

  • Everything we do is tied to the business, not dictated by rules or status quo
  • We challenge the status quo, and when others think we’re done, we make it even better
  • We live up to our commitments, to ourselves, family, friends, peers, leaders and our customers
  • Our success is all about how we do things, how we think, solve problems, deliver, communicate, and collaborate

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

You are a passionate, detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager, who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple P&C integration projects. You work closely with your colleagues in the P&C M&A team, P&C business partners, business leads, and multiple shared services stakeholders to coordinate the planning and execution of the full scope of people onboarding activities. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
