You’ll partner with a cross-functional coalition of TELUS Custom Security Systems (TCSS), TELUS Business and Consumer Solutions Channels, Industry leading Partners, Internal and External Marketing Teams and Operational teams to bring our vision to reality.

Here's how

  • Develop and lead tactics and strategic programs that will drive growth and increase sales performance across multiple sales channels (consumer, business, external) 
  • Support on deal pursuit & management, offers/pricing, compensation/spiffs, MSAs and contract management
  • Execute/Implement channel enablement training and tactics such as funnel reviews, win/loss reviews etc.
  • Act as the voice of the channels and drive meaningful change with our partners in Product + Marketing + Operations, allowing our sales teams to focus on what they do best: providing best-in-class customer sales experiences
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to implement outlier management programs and track sales’ productivity metrics via SalesForce.com (SFDC) & performance reports to highlight successes and areas of opportunity
  •  Ensure that sales reps and sales leaders are receiving premium training, coaching and reinforcement relevant to both ongoing and changing needs of the channel
  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated with all relevant details relating to their products & projects
  • Maintain a strong understanding of applications, products and services, organizational delivery capabilities, and end-to-end processes
  • Manage resources across multiple projects, and ensuring these are tracked and reported on
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key partners to ensure an aligned and successful delivery
  • Present updates and results to large audiences on a regular basis

  • Someone who enjoys creating new programs, processes and procedures 

Great-to-haves

  • Experience in Channel Management
  • Experience in Sales or Security 
  • PMP or Project Management certification
