As the Field Enablement team, we support our business leaders by continuously innovating methods to deliver critical information to our stakeholders that are timely and true.

As part of TCSS team, you will be responsible for the tactical and strategic resource planning of the TCSS Field teams, internal and external, while working with a team of Managers & Resource Coordinators on initiatives, supply & capacity management and analytics in a fast-paced environment. This position will drive the customer experience through collaboration with multiple teams, utilizing thoughtful leadership skills, team work, innovative thinking and strong execution skills.

 

Here’s how

 

  • As a Resource Manager on the TCSS Field Enablement team, you will work with your key stakeholders to successfully deliver the following outcomes:
  • Understand and manage a strong service level within the business
  • Create a collaborative environment which focuses on delivering high levels of engagement, working closely with stakeholder teams comprised of Field Operations, Sales, Marketing and Resource Coordinator team members
  • Manage and adjust field technician capacity across a designated region ensuring optimum service levels for fulfillment and assurance activities
  • Lead interlock meetings with Field Operations members ensuring optimal field technician utilization, with the intent to support continuous improvement programs and initiatives, on a weekly & monthly basis
  • Share input on statistical analysis and identify demand pattern changes associated to growth, trends and seasonality including forecast variance

  • Enjoy creating and delivering presentations to leaders at all levels with the organization, therefore need to have excellent skills in all Microsoft (MS) Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

 

 

Qualifications

  • Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment managing multiple priorities and activities
  • Professional demeanor and confident leadership style, demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the business
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate analytical information
  • Strong delivery and creation of presentations to leaders at all levels within the organization
  • Excellent communication skills: oral and written
  • Strong analytical acumen to differentiate and translate business needs into working requirements for data and pipeline development

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience in business analysis, financial planning and analysis or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the home automation and security industry and/or telecommunications/technology industry experience
  • CPA, MBA or university degree in administration, commerce, or in a related field 
  • Knowledge of security business models, measures, metrics, and financial KPIs
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (financial modeling)
