Our collective strength and diverse perspectives enable us to redefine what’s possible, seamlessly merging acquired expertise and talent to ignite a new era of operational excellence and customer value.

As our Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the analytical engine behind this transformation — combining data-driven insights, advanced modeling, and process engineering to bridge strategy and execution. Through powerful modeling, process innovation, and seamless systems integration, you’ll help create exceptional customer and employee experiences that set new
industry standards.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for transformation across the Agriculture and Consumer Goods value chain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including leadership, product teams, operations, and technology partners to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable transformation plans
  • Lead the analysis, mapping and development of process maps, workflow documentation, customer journey, and business models that support strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence
  • Perform data analysis across multiple sources to uncover insights and develop compelling recommendations that enhance process efficiency, inform executive decision-making, and accelerate business growth
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to champion continuous improvement, drive change management initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technology solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives, user needs, and organizational readiness
  • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented solutions, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress, outcomes, and opportunities for further optimization
  • Partner with capability owners and delivery teams to identify user stories, clarify requirements, and define acceptance criteria that support scope development and
    project execution
  • Develop executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling materials that communicate complex analysis, insights, and recommendations in clear, action-oriented formats
