Our TELUS Business Solutions team is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Security Customer Success Service Management team. Reporting to the Manager Operations, the successful candidate will help generate clear/realistic plans to help others understand what needs to be done to support our internal and external stakeholders.  You will add value by contributing to setting and exceeding plans & objectives.  We will look to this team member to build and share best practices and effectively manage key projects including but not limited to; process improvements, knowledge management, system enhancements, & change management.


Specifically, the Security Customer Success Service Management team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to generate clear and realistic plans to help the team understand what needs to be done to support our internal and external stakeholders.  You will add value by contributing to setting and exceeding plans and objectives and meeting our KPIs. We will look to this team member to build and share best practices and effectively manage key projects including but not limited to; process improvements, knowledge management, change management and continuous improvement programs.


We are seeking a forward thinking and ambitious individual with a passion for CSI focus, strategy and improving the overall customer experience to join our Customer Success Service Management Security team.

What you’ll do

 

  • Define program scope, deliverables, project plans and lead programs focusing on project management to successfully implement and sustain change that will drive the results within our team
  • Lead and do strategic analysis and provide trusted expertise to synthesize results into key insights and actions that support the decision making processes for the CCSS Key Leadership team
  • The ability to craft clear, concise, compelling visuals to appropriate audiences
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a knack for capturing the big picture
  • Participate in the greater support for the CSSM team in terms of goals, programs, and key initiatives, including presentations, KPI updates and analysis
  • Collaborate and partner with our internal teams and team members to drive improvements, solve customer issues, etc. in a timely manner and help drive efficiencies
  • Demonstrate grit and tenacity

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Experience in making sense of large volumes of data and the ability to build comprehensive and easily understandable dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
  • Acknowledged for strong planning, performance and business analysis skills and proven analytic success
  • Regarded for having strong business acumen combined with an innovative and continuous improvement mindset
  • You are self-motivated and can take decisive action by assessing risk-adjusted options and prioritization across a multiple of concurrent projects and work streams
  • Known for your broad strategic and creative thinking, with clear vision and direction of change management
  • Confident in engaging a broad set of stakeholders, collaborating with all levels of the leadership team and building relationships across multiple teams
  • Strong and demonstrated 'Customer First' thinking
  • Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to synthesize many operational details into a few key messages
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to coordinate a variety of activities, track important details, follow-up on delegated assignments


Required Experience

  • University Degree or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in a business to business environment and/or project management


Great-to-haves

 

  • Bilingualism English and French
  • Knowledge of TELUS Business processes and systems
  • Knowledge of SFDC, Tableau and Google Data Studio
