The Sales and Operations Enablement (SOE) team of the Customer Experience Operations & Enablement (CEOE) organization is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven Senior Business Analyst, to join our team to deliver on complex, transformational systems projects. If you are interested in building IT solutions that drive the achievement of operational goals – this is the role for you!
How will you drive business success? The SOE team members are the product owners for consumer pre-sales systems, which include field sales support tools, fibre drop management applications, and more. The capabilities we deliver are on platforms such as the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), mobile apps and Salesforce.com. Through strategic projects with agile development we ensure systems capabilities work seamlessly end-to-end and perform optimally so that our channel and operational partners can serve our customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Our goal is to reduce operational costs and improve revenue & yield.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be the Product Owner accountable for maximizing business value delivery for our pre-sales systems and improving sales outcomes through projects focused on fibre drop and inventory data improvement initiatives, ultimately driving operational efficiency and increasing revenue. You will challenge the status quo and collaborate on finding the best way to deliver systems functionality with the user experience at the forefront of consideration. You will be accountable for the overall success of your project portfolio and your performance will be measured by the successful realization of your portfolio’s targeted business case benefits.

- Lead the development and implementation of system changes for project launch, including:
- requirements elicitation and user story definition
- business case development
- risk assessment / mitigation
- stakeholder update presentations
- user interface and processes design
- test strategy development and testing
- Be accountable for timely resolution of post-launch support issues engaging required technical experts
- Develop a broad understanding of systems architecture and integration points to guide solution direction
- Liaise technical subject matter experts and business stakeholders on cross-functional implementation activities to meet deliverables and influence decision making
- Proactively identify and assess opportunities to deliver value to stakeholder teams
- Ensure open & ongoing communication to support change management.
- Ensure that business impacts are accurately captured and communicated to stakeholders while providing input, expertise and guidance to project teams on potential impacts the projects have to the Customer Experience
- Track and measure post-implementation benefits to validate value has been delivered
