We operate in an ambitious start-up environment and collaborate with teams across multiple functions including Marketing, Product & Service Development, Contact Centers, Field Technicians, Application System Development, and Technology Strategy. With members of these teams, you will work on projects and support key strategic initiatives across multiple segments including residential, small business, and consumer health customers to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.


Here's how


As a Senior Business Analyst on the Security Technology and Migrations team, your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of successful migration programs for our acquired customers and effectively transition them into the TELUS ecosystem. You will ensure that together we deliver on our business objectives while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Key responsibilities include:


  • Support the execution of large-scale customer and equipment migration programs for our acquired accounts in consultation with stakeholders across cross-functional teams
  • Lead the team in cross-functional initiatives that will drive growth and efficient operational practice across our multiple legal entities
  • Execute key equipment upgrade campaigns, offers, and tactics by ensuring a smooth transition for our customers
  • Provide thought leadership in solving complex problem statements across all customer segments of our Security base (Residential, Small Business, Complex/Commercial)
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to raise our collective sensitivity to market dynamics, and quickly mobilize channels to fill excess capacity and optimize balance of supply and demand at a regional and national level
  • Assist in the transformation of our end-to-end customer service support model built to scale and support our ambitious growth and cross-sell targets
  • Analyze and solve business problems by developing insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions to complex and/or broad challenges / opportunities
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams including: Sales Channels, Customer Experience, Customer Solutions Delivery, TELUS Digital, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing
  • Fostering and supporting a high-energy, results-oriented, inclusive work environment that encourages a culture that inspires everyone to give their best to our customers, to our community, to TELUS and ultimately to our shareholders





You're the missing piece of the puzzle


  • 4+ years’ experience delivering complex programs involving business process engineering, systems development and implementation, and/or change management in a service delivery environment
  • You have a proven success record in delivering bottom line business, people, and customer benefits through your thought leadership and project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical situations and the ability to speak the language of many different audiences
  • You have proven problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a convincing track record of setting and delivering against key metrics
  • Understand the importance of change management principles and leverage strategic communication plans/mediums to achieve buy-in and successful execution outcomes
  • You're innovative and excited about pioneering a new business for TELUS
  • Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Suite
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Sciences, or similar disciplines




  • Knowledge and experience in the security industry is an asset
  • Knowledge of performance improvement and/or project management methodologies and practices e.g. Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc
  • Comparable integration experience in migrating customers onto a new service support model and/or technologies
