What you’ll do


As a Senior Business Analyst on the National Security Enablement – Security Technology Migrations team, your primary responsibility will be to lead an analytical work stream that supports the execution of cross-organizational migration programs to help us achieve and maximize synergistic values stemming from our acquisitions. You will ensure that we deliver on our business objectives while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.


Your key responsibilities include:


  • Collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing data through research across various business units and systems
  • Interviewing various teams and facilitating workshops to understand/validate data, map processes, and gain insights into business operations and customers
  • Leading change management activities including building process models and other operations readiness deliverables that will make our operations teams successfully handle change through migration programs
  • Modeling solutions, testing alternate scenarios and developing fact-based actionable recommendations taking into consideration any project impacts
  • Assisting in project presentations and contributing to constructive dialogue around insights and proposed solutions
  • Proactively identifying project risks and working with cross-functional teams to construct mitigation plans and remove roadblocks
  • Leading the transformation of our end-to-end customer service support model built to scale and support our ambitious growth and cross-sell targets

What you bring


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering complex transformation programs involving business process engineering, systems development and implementation, and change management in a service delivery environment
  • You have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical situations and the ability to speak the language of many different audiences
  • You have proven problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against key metrics
  • You have had experience working with data to articulate a story highlighting trends or outliers
  • You have demonstrated thought leadership and project management experience that benefit the business, team, and customer
  • You understand the importance of change management principles and have leveraged strategic communication plans/mediums to achieve buy-in and successful execution outcomes
  • You have a systematic approach to solving complex problems

  • You have strong proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Drive, Chat, etc.)




  • University degree in business, economics, engineering, information management or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the home security industry and its business and operational key performance indicators is an asset
  • Strong experience in data analysis, project management and communications
  • Comparable integration experience in migrating customers onto a new service support model and/or technologies
  • Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies and practices and/or have PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma and/or equivalent certification
  • Experience with post-acquisition integrations and change management
  • Experience in systems enablement and integration and/or working with Technology and Enablement teams
  • Experience working in multiple areas across TELUS
