Here's the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy lawyer, with a minimum of 8 years of post call experience, to join our Employment and Accessibility Law Team as Senior Counsel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your employment law background to support TELUS and its various business units, including the People & Culture team, on all aspects of employment law matters. You will primarily focus on providing legal advice and guidance in respect of the non-unionized workforce at TELUS Communications and its subsidiaries, such as TELUS Health, TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods, and TELUS Security. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various dynamic and growing industries, both national and internationally.

Here’s how

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to: be a part of one of Canada’s leading in-house legal teams; join an innovative and leading Canadian company with global operations; gain exposure to legal issues across TELUS’ diverse range of business groups including telecommunications, health, and security; learn and develop as a lawyer and trusted business partner; and engage in a broad and challenging legal portfolio.

The Employment Law and Accessibility team is very collaborative and we work cross-functionally with other members of the TELUS Legal & Regulatory team and across the organization. We offer many opportunities for both formal and informal mentorship and development.
