The SmartHome Security Acquisition Marketing team is a highly visible team at TELUS with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial spirit focused on collaboration and innovation.   We have a laser focus on providing exceptional customer experiences heavily focused on digital execution for our program nationally.

You will be part of a high-profile team leveraging your digital marketing and analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities across the customers' online journey and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute, measure, report on strategic priorities as the marketing prime.  Working with key stakeholders to achieve results focused on campaigns driving improvements in SEM, SEO, and CRO.  You will embrace your creative storytelling to cultivate an engaging content strategy that will optimize campaign efforts with demonstrated improvements in CRO and SEO.  You will leverage your resilience, agility and grit to thrive in an ever-changing dynamic environment. Your unique insights based on data and internal and external points of view will support executive decision-making.

You will use your proven relationship-building and program management skills to partner with leaders and stakeholders across TELUS, external agencies, and external partners in order to ensure optimization of digital marketing efforts.  With the support of the SHS team, you will support, amplify and accelerate key programs that help us realize national success for SmartHome security.


Here’s How: 

•    Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholder groups in TELUS Digital and external agency teams
•    Navigate the complex organizational dynamics to deliver strong marketing outcomes
•    Collaborate and cultivate best-in-class content driving positive results across digital platforms
•    Support the digital team with marketing requirements incorporating industry leading best practices
•    Develop and maintain reporting capabilities, using all available data and tools providing meaningful insights  
•    Leverage data sets to identify customer friction points throughout the digital journey to provide data based recommendations
•    Monitor campaign performance working with the digital team to support continuous improvement
•    Leverage your strong analytical skills and ability to translate a wide range of information and data into clear, easy to understand insights, and making strategic decisions
•    Demonstrate a “can-do” attitude fostering positive productive working environments, especially in stressful or pressured situations


You're the missing piece of the puzzle:

•    Digital marketer with strong understanding of the customer digital journey from all levels of marketing campaigns to landing page and end e-commerce check-out
•    Data driven marketer fluent in analytics tools such as Adobe 
•    Proven ability to identify patterns and trends to derive actionable insights
•    Recognized for your ability to bring forward new ideas, challenge established thinking, and be ready execute and adapt plans to changing business needs
•    Demonstrated superior communication, presentation and storytelling abilities with a proven ability to craft clear, concise and compelling messages 
•    Known for your ability to bring teams together, to work closely and across cross functional teams to identify opportunities and execute on projects and priorities
•    Passion for testing and learning



•    Digital marketing agency experience either client or partner side
•    5+ years progressive experience in marketing and business management positions
•    Experience with visualization and reporting tools and platforms (Tableau, Adobe and Domo)
•    Business focused undergraduate degree
