The Customer Service Excellence team runs the heart of our consumer operations. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an inspiring Business Strategy Development Manager to support multiple growth and transformation programs that will enhance our capabilities. As a former consultant with formal strategy consulting experience, you will lead the research, analytical insight and strategy formulation for our organization as well as coordinate programs that drive execution of the strategy.

Working with the senior leadership team of Customer Service Excellence, your role is critical to developing and executing our 3-5 year strategy as you work on key strategic projects to grow and expand our business in the industry. You will be responsible for evolving and leading the end to end program structure and governance across 6 VP teams and over 6000 team members to drive operational excellence to elevate the customer experience. You are a teammate who has the ability to quickly navigate and network within the organization to acquire information and insights including strong interviewing and relationship building skills. You thrive on deadlines and adopt a project orientation to your strategy and business transformation work and you are ready to take on any challenge.
Here's how:
- Developing, implementing, and executing strategic projects, initiatives, and programs that drive substantial growth and enhance CSE reporting, analytics and business insights
- Presenting performance results, strategies, and vision to Executive Leadership Team, senior leaders and to large team forums
- Applying expertise, insights and creativity to identify new growth opportunities and/or operational efficiencies
- By providing inspirational leadership and direction to the team to develop and achieve business strategy and scorecard objectives
- You will collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to execute strategic programs and ensure progress against program success indicators
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
- University degree in business or economics with a minimum three years experience in a large international consulting firm with a focus on business strategy
- Noted for your focus on using data to support decisions, present recommendations based on insight and customer behavior
- You have exceptional presentation building skills including building compelling storyboards using graphics that effectively communicate insights and recommendations for an executive level audience
- You design engagements in an efficient and thorough way to ensure quick turn around on delivering presentations
- You're a strategic thinker and have the capability to execute on deliverables in a creative manner
- You have an eye for business and advanced understanding of business practices and concepts relative to revenues, costs and profits
- You have the ability to prioritize, and work effectively and make quick decisions in an environment with shifting demands, rapid change, and competing priorities
- Seeks out diverse perspectives, asks the right questions, listens and removes barriers
Great-to-haves:
- MBA or post-secondary degree (Business, Marketing or Communications) preferred
