As BI - Senior Market Intelligence Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop solutions to effectively report on P&L, business and product performance. You would be collaborating closely with Finance, Corporate, Planning, Product and BI teams.

 

Here’s how

 

  • You will build trust across Product, Finance, Marketing & Technology teams in driving new initiatives and enabling them with data
  • Own and manage KPIs, analyze data, find root causes, forecast performance, create reports and insights, present findings with leadership, make recommendations, explain the story behind the data and influence decisions
  • Make incremental improvements in financial reporting, reconciliations and processes
  • Improve the voice of BI across the organization ensuring that BI has a say in product, systems, value chain and marketing designs
  • Drive projects across teams and business units working closely with leadership teams (Directors and up)
  • Effectively communicate with leadership and stakeholders providing them with regular updates on KPIs, programs and new solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and help them grow in their career

 

 

Qualifications

 

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy or Marketing
  • You have experience answering business questions with data, defining business outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with multiple team members
  • You can manage ambiguity, have good analytical skills and a passion for metrics and numbers 
  • You love digging into quantitative and qualitative data
  • Expert experience with Excel or Google Sheet, running queries on database for retrieving data or using reporting dashboards
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related field

 

Note: This is an individual contributor role, with the opportunity to lead, direct and manage team members for specific projects. 

 

Great to haves

 

  • Prior telecommunications or B2B marketing experience
  • CFA, CPA or other recognized accredited program is desirable #LI-REMOTE
