What you’ll do


The Senior Market Intelligence Manager will develop and present key insights concerning the performance of TELUS’ consumer product base to stakeholders and leaders as part of the broader Strategy & Data Insights organization. The dashboards, forecasts, reports and insights you share will influence the future of our organization, inform our business decisions, and provide our partner teams the tools they can depend on to help make the future friendly.

In this role, you will be enabling data-driven decision making across Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, supporting TELUS's market leadership team through competitive intelligence and strategic insights and introducing new revenue KPIs to measure lifetime value and performance across the consumer business

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Strong storyteller, communicator and collaborator; able to build relationships with audiences at all levels including senior leadership
  • SQL skills and relational database experience, 2+ years
  • Google Cloud Platform experience, particularly BigQuery, 2+ years
  • Data visualization experience with Tableau or Looker - 2+ years
  • Experience in a market insights role, accounting role or other proven experience in a related position
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills; able to thoughtfully interpret large volumes of data, then convey insights and recommendations in a clear manner through email, video calls, and slides

  • GitHub experience
  • Pulumi / Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Geospatial Experience working with geospatial data in any number of applications
Salary Range:  $91,000-$137,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
