The Consumer Base Management team resides within the Chief Marketing Office organization. We are looking for a Senior Market Manager to support the network evolution (including the national shutdown of our 3G network) and customer transition.
This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, changing environment, has a strong sense of ownership, and is excited to contribute to a fun and collaborative work environment.

You’ll be working with a cross section of teams and stakeholders across TELUS Consumer Solutions. You will be the central figure by creating to-go-market strategy and working with the marketing manager to bring this to market with excellence.
As a natural proactive leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to drive awareness of these programs, evolving the program to meet current market dynamics while also delivering exceptional business outcomes. You will play a critical role in our base management strategy, embracing ambiguity and initiating opportunities to develop this role to its full potential.
Here's how
- Drive innovation by continuously introducing new ideas and approaches that advance the portfolio and deliver measurable results
- Provide strong strategic oversight of 3G device user triggers, WHP strategy, pricing and execution priorities
- Collaborate with and provide guidance to the Marketing Manager to create campaign plans, ensure flawless execution across channels, and enable frontline success.
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager of Special Bases, owner of the end-to-end strategy for all special bases initiatives, to ensure strategic alignment
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze our performance, distill insights for leaders, identify opportunities for improvement, and gain leadership buy-in to develop net new initiatives
- Design impactful presentations with a coherent storyline, presenting findings and recommendations confidently to varied audiences, including senior leadership
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
- 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally within wireless consumer businesses
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
- Proven experience garnering buy-in from all levels of a large organization including senior leadership through strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to enable successful co-creation of initiatives that yield positive business outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
- Proficiency in analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO) to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects or campaigns
