We are seeking a dynamic and experienced product leader to join the TELUS Home Solutions Entertainment team. In this role, you will drive the pricing and promotional strategy of the Optik TV and Stream+ entertainment products nationally. You will focus on developing profitable growth strategies to scale the portfolio to new customers while elevating key value propositions and bundling opportunities.

As the Senior Market Manager, Pricing - Entertainment (Optik TV & Stream+), you will be the lead pricing expert of the TV Entertainment portfolio. You will act as a strategic advisor to the product and marketing teams, using innovative pricing strategies to acquire new customers and scale the next generation of packaging.

  • Own the pricing strategy for Optik TV and Stream+ acquisition and promotions nationally, directly impacting customer growth

  • Pioneer innovation through test-and-learn regional pricing pilots that shape our national approach

  • Architect bundled solutions that unlock core value propositions and create compelling cross-product experiences

  • Lead and evolve our gift with purchase program as a key competitive differentiator and incentive driver

  • Drive profitability by developing strategies that enhance margin and revenue across the entertainment portfolio

  • Partner cross-functionally to elevate the value proposition and packaging of our TV Entertainment products

  • Leverage data-driven insights and deep market intelligence to analyze performance, drive continuous improvement, and capitalize on growth opportunities

  • Influence senior leadership through compelling performance updates and strategic recommendations on a weekly and ad hoc basis

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • 6+ years of progressive marketing experience with a track record of delivering results

  • Strategic mindset with strong critical thinking skills and a proven ability to identify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and execute with precision

  • Analytics prowess – you're comfortable working with numbers and translating data into actionable insights

  • Integrated marketing expertise across pricing, campaign development, and go-to-market execution

  • Performance-driven approach with experience tracking marketing effectiveness, setting ambitious goals, and optimizing tactics through collaborative teamwork

  • Executive presence with leadership and communication skills that enable you to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple business lines

  • Agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Entrepreneurial spirit – self-driven, proactive, with strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort navigating ambiguity

 

Great To Haves

 

  • A solid understanding of TELUS Consumer Solutions, ideally with exposure to both wireless and wireline business units

  • Experience in telecommunications, media, or entertainment industries

 

Salary Range:  $90,000-$134,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
