  • Are you a marketer that is never satisfied with the status quo, solution-oriented, and looking to be part of a highly strategic team?

 

  • This is an exciting opportunity within the Home Solutions Marketing Go To Market team where you will help drive acquisition of new Home Solutions customers within our existing Mobility customer base. You will be challenged to think creatively and explore new opportunities that will enhance and accelerate an already successful program.

 

  • You’ll be working with a cross section of stakeholder groups across the Mobility(TELUS Mobility and Koodo), Home Solutions and SmartHome Security organizations.  Within the Mobile and Home Go-to-Market team, you will be a central figure in delivering the Home Solutions cross-sell marketing plans and taking full ownership of our one to one marketing campaigns.

 

  • As a proactive leader with a positive, get-it-done attitude, you will contribute to best in class go-to-market strategies that will support our overall Mobile and Home goals and strategies.

 

What you’ll do*

 

  • Develop our annual and quarterly go-to-market strategy of a high volume of campaign marketing initiatives including email, SMS, outbound calling and more.  
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team and other marketing support teams to develop meaningful, customer-centric campaigns and communications.
  • Build and evolve best practices across campaign planning, cross-functional execution, executive reporting, and optimization.
  • Optimize campaign performance by thoroughly tracking and analyzing performance and by A/B testing creative, messaging and offers.
  • Provide strategic overviews, updates, and recommendations to the leadership team to assist with decision making and future planning activities.
  • Strive for continual improvement, transparency, and collaboration across stakeholder groups and channels.

What you bring*

 

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing related position where you were responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns which drive tangible outcomes.
  • A natural cross-functional leader, known for your ability to bring groups together, collaborate and successfully deliver projects, campaigns and programs. 
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading large, complex cross-functional projects 
  • Known for your creative approach to problem-solving, you thrive in an environment where you can wear the many hats needed to take a problem from root cause analysis right through to solution.
  • You are results-orientated and strive towards targets and program milestones.
  • Data-driven, analytical and inquisitive, you’re able to synthesize multiple data points into a clear story with actionable insight
  • You are known for creating positive, inclusive working environments and fostering creativity and innovation. 
  • Recognized for your ability to plan, share a vision, and execute on top priorities. You are comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leaders.
  • A natural leader, known for your ability to listen, share, bring groups together, collaborate, and communicate a vision 

 

Great-to-haves*

 

  • A business degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • An understanding of the TELUS Home Solutions and Mobility products & services
