As a part of the Emerging Markets Go-to-Market Team, you will play a vital role in our success by crafting and implementing innovative growth strategies through tailored messaging, market segmentation, and developing attention grabbing creatives to capture the underpenetrated markets in Eastern Canada. Your contribution will be pivotal in meeting our strategic objectives and KPIs.

You’ll use your balance of innovative strategic development, cross-functional relationships, marketing expertise, and commitment to driving improvements through test & learn opportunities to develop and manage our go-to-market campaigns and customer engagement tactics.
You’ll work across various internal and external stakeholder groups nationally to drive progressive and meaningful improvements.
Here’s how:
- Create, implement, and manage short and long-term growth strategies with supporting programs to drive growth
- Work closely with cross functional teams to manage strategic campaign planning, data insights, budget, and program optimization
- Monitor ongoing metrics, campaign performance, and frontline feedback to evolve improvement strategies
- Lead weekly executive updates for leadership and be the overall point person driving the accountability for campaign roadmap, activities, results and timelines
- Track, modify, and optimize our campaigns to achieve KPIs and respond to the evolving needs of the business
- Analyze, synthesize and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Qualifications

- Noted for your creativity and innovation in driving performance by embracing ambiguity, adapting to a dynamic and ever-changing market landscape, and navigating internal business challenges
- Consistently demonstrating strong program and project management skill sets focused on setting goals, driving performance and optimizing tactics through a collaborative team approach
- Recognized for your ability to bring forward new ideas, challenge established thinking, and be ready to adapt plans to changing business and customer needs
- Your ability to craft clear, concise and compelling messages with a “storytelling approach” to all levels in the organization
- You are agile and have a bias for action, removing blocks to get to outcomes
Great-to-haves:
- Knowledge of the Google suite of applications, notably Slides and Sheets
- Experience in marketing, customer acquisition and sales
- Demonstrated project management and program leadership skills
- Expert knowledge of data and analytic techniques that incorporate well into storytelling
- Work with data visualization tools (Tableau and Domo)
- Finance and budgeting proficiency
