We're seeking a visionary strategist and execution leader to own all Internet Acquisition 1:1 campaign strategy and execution within the East region including email, SMS, push notifications and direct messaging channels. This is a temporary 12 month role providing strategic leadership during a critical growth phase. In this pivotal role, you'll evolve and elevate our National Internet personalization capabilities, developing sophisticated acquisition strategies that push the boundaries of what's possible in 1:1 marketing—delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time with precision.

 

You'll own the full quarterly initiative roadmap, serve as the central intake point for campaign concepts across the business, and lead the development of strategic targeting that set the standard for 1:1 excellence across the Internet portfolio. Your work will drive innovation while ensuring flawless execution and measurable performance improvements, while actively partnering with cross-functional teams and your counterpart in the West to continuously elevate regional performance. You'll have full autonomy to shape strategy, drive innovation, and build momentum—with clear collaboration and documentation to ensure continuity.

 

Reporting to the Manager, Internet Go-to-Market, we're looking for a creative problem-solver who excels at turning complex opportunities into practical solutions, drives buy-in across diverse stakeholders, and thrives on orchestrating complexity to deliver results.

 

Regional Acquisition Roadmap Ownership

 

  • Build, maintain, and socialize the full quarterly 1:1 initiative roadmap for Internet Acquisition within the East region

  • Apply clear prioritization criteria to align roadmap with quarterly acquisition targets

  • Secure buy-in and resourcing from Communications & Personalization teams to ensure reliable execution and deliver

  • Drive innovation in acquisition approaches and customer segment targeting

Long Description

Execution Leadership & Regional Marketing Manager Alignment

 

  • Drive execution of the approved roadmap by aligning priorities with National Internet Marketing Managers within your region

  • Establish clear execution sequencing and accountability to ensure timely delivery to achieve quarterly order targets

  • Support National Internet Marketing Managers with strategic guidance, data briefs, and creative direction to enable successful campaign deployment

  • Monitor execution progress, identify barriers, and take action to keep initiatives on track

 

Central Intake & Strategic Concept Development

 

  • Serve as the single intake point for new 1:1 campaign concepts from across the business and other business stakeholders

  • Triage incoming concepts to assess strategic fit, sizing, and prioritization

  • Support sizing and data sourcing for new campaign concepts

  • Define clear prioritization criteria and structure concepts into comprehensive, strategic proposals

  • Translate complex opportunities into practical, strategically sound campaign concepts

 

Campaign Strategy Development

 

  • Develop sophisticated acquisition campaign strategies that leverage advanced segmentation, behavioral triggers, and predictive analytics

  • Unlock scalable growth across the full regional Internet Acquisition 1:1 portfolio

  • Design test-and-learn strategies to validate hypotheses and identify opportunities for innovation before scaling

 

Data Brief & Creative Execution Leadership

 

  • Own the development of strategic data briefs for major strategic initiatives and flagship campaigns

  • Brief MarComm on creative strategy and provide feedback to ensure executions align with the campaign brief and deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time

  • Support National Internet Marketing Managers with data brief requirements for campaigns

  • Maximize 1:1 campaign coverage and personalization through strategic design

 

Portfolio Performance Reporting & Optimization

 

  • Own full regional Internet Acquisition 1:1 portfolio reporting—analyzing performance across all campaigns

  • Build comprehensive reporting on campaign performance and optimization impact

  • Drive continuous optimization across the entire portfolio using data and insights to improve key metrics: conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition efficiency

  • Identify what worked, what didn't, and develop actionable improvement plans

  • Surface learnings and best practices to elevate 1:1 capabilities across the team

 

Cross-Regional Best Practice Sharing

 

  • Actively partner with your counterpart in the West to share learnings, test results, and winning strategies

  • Collaborate to identify scalable approaches and accelerate performance improvement across both regions

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and regional excellence


 

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • 5-7 years of marketing execution, campaign management, or go-to-market strategy experience in telecommunications or technology

  • Deep experience in 1:1 marketing strategies and customer journey management with a customer-first approach

  • Proven success in campaign portfolio management, cross-functional execution, and strategic roadmap development

  • Experience translating business briefs into fully executable campaign plans with data and creative components

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo) and Google Suite (Slides, Sheets)

  • Strong understanding of Internet products, acquisition marketing, and customer segmentation

Salary Range:  $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
