The TELUS Health Provider and Payor Solution Marketing team supports the EMR (Electronic Medical Record), PMS (Pharmacy Management Solutions), Virtual Pharmacy (THVP), eClaims products, which are designed to streamline work processes and clinician and client workflows so they can better focus on improving care and access to care for their patients and members. Our team is made up of passionate marketing professionals who believe they can make a difference in the lives of our customers. Through best marketing practices, data driven insights and effective go to market execution, we enable our product and sales counterparts to share a powerful story that positions our products successfully in the marketplace against our competitors.

 

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Provider and Payor Solution Marketing team, to help us deliver on our mission and vision. In this role, you will play a key part in the continued development and execution of our base marketing program and GTM strategy, with a specific focus on value added services upsell and client engagement within our PMS and THVP portfolio.

What you’ll do

 

  • Develop and implement upsell, cross-sell, and retention marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, generate leads, increase adoption and enhance customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns that effectively communicate and position our value added services (VAS) and product benefits
  • Lead the GTM planning and execution of new programs and initiatives that are critical to the expansion of our market share and revenue targets
  • Strategize and leverage various marketing channels and tactics to contribute positively to the customer journey to enhance product adoption and usage
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI, using data-driven insights and analytics
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and our competitors to best position and differentiate TELUS Health’s unique selling proposition in the market
  • Communicate ideas effectively with senior management and navigate stakeholder relationships to get buy-in and drive projects forward
  • Leverage your excellent writing skills to develop and evolve our customer communications and in market messages
  • Be prepared for out-of-the-box thinking and trialling different approaches to determine the optimal methods to drive awareness and demand

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring 

 

  • Post-secondary degree in relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or strategy, preferably in the technology or health industry
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Deeply curious with exceptional analytical abilities and understand the importance of using data to make informed decisions and ensure ROI
  • Strong initiative to naturally drive and collaborate on projects from start to finish in a strategic manner, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at once
  • A growth mindset and feel highly comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, managing budgets and facilitating cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life
  • Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results


Great-to-haves

 

  • Knowledge of Canadian healthcare environment and current TELUS assets and teams
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management softwares and Google stack
  • Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for the business

Salary Range:  $86,000-$130,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
