We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies that drive utilization, prospect nurturing, upsell, and optimized patient onboarding for our preventive health services.
Within our multidisciplinary Marketing team, we emphasize collective success through a highly collaborative approach. Focused on the B2C TELUS Health Care Centres market, we integrate various functions—including lifecycle and base marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing—to effectively stimulate demand and maximize service utilization.

What you’ll do
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase Preventive Health Services utilization to re-engage existing patients and inactive customers through 1:1 communications.
- Welcome new leads and patients with engaging onboarding series, triggering personalized communication.
- Build and execute email-marketing campaigns, report on campaign performance, lifecycle metrics and optimize experience.
- Collaborate with digital marketing strategist on lead nurturing campaigns to improve digital marketing conversion rates.
- Design targeted campaigns to drive upsell opportunities within existing patients.
- Develop and execute strategic client launch programs and employee utilization.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for new lifecycle initiatives to improve service adoption and retention.
Qualifications
What you bring

Knowledge of Canadian healthcare environment, employee benefits marketing and current TELUS assets and teams

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in B2C marketing with a strong focus on 1:1 communication and lifecycle marketing

Proven track record in increasing product adoption, product intensity and utilization

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce marketing cloud, and Hubspot

Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple high value-projects

Adaptable – comfortable working in a dynamic, quickly evolving environment

Problem solver – able to easily pivot and find new, innovative solutions

Team oriented – exceptionally strong interpersonal skills, works well with individuals across teams

Highly comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and facilitating cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life
Basic knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
