Your responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Manager will include making strategic decisions related to churn and retention of TELUS and Koodo customers in short, medium, and long-term horizons. These decisions will be informed by insight analysis, market context, and organizational direction.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategies and working with a high-performing team that will drive profitable outcomes within the Koodo and TELUS bases, and have a seat at the table for executive focused strategic discussions and decisions.
What you’ll do as Senior Marketing Manager, Base Management
- Drive end-to-end base marketing initiatives that impact our key KPIs (churn, renewals, revenue/up-sell, margin) - from data analytics, insights, gaining buy-in/approvals, to execution and post-implementation reporting and reviews
- Build innovative renewal and rate plan change strategies and tactics to drive contract volumes and grow monthly base revenue within our TELUS and Koodo consumer bases
- Own strategic roadmap for regional / sub-market strategies to improve churn, grow revenue, and maximize profitability within respective geographic/market segments of our customer base
- Lead and support channels stakeholders with key cost savings initiatives to drive efficiency in operations and spend to manage outcomes to budget
- Create and present business cases, governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks for the churn and renewal strategies
- Develop and present post mortem analyses for the projects you work on and provide insights and recommendations for changes to improve ongoing performance.
- Communicate strategies and updates on a regular basis to Senior Leadership across the Consumer team
- Work closely with the rest of the base management team and various pricing, strategy & planning, and channel stakeholders to develop strategies, including the establishment of core team governance
