From marketing strategy and Go-to-Market planning, to campaign and channel execution, through to base engagement, our TELUS Health Care Centres Marketing team is a passionate group of creative minds responsible for each step in the marketing process. We work closely with our product colleagues, internal stakeholders and external partners to develop genuine, compelling and integrated campaigns, communications and programs to generate awareness, demand and usage of TELUS Health Care Centres. What You’ll Do

 

As a Senior Marketing Manager on the TELUS Health Care Centres Marketing team, you will have a number of important responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Owning the strategy, campaign planning, execution, and reporting for services within the TELUS Health Care Centres portfolio
  • Creating impactful communications campaigns to drive awareness and usage of TELUS Health Care Centres services
  • Developing scorecards and measurement KPI’s for your portfolio and tracking success over time, adjusting plans as required to meet or exceed targets
  • Being innovative and constantly thinking of new ideas and approaches on how to push the portfolio forward and achieve better results
  • Being the Marketing lead on projects related to new or evolving service launches for TELUS Health Care Centres, while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Showcasing strong creative thinking and business problem-solving skills by presenting business cases for proposed targets, pricing and campaign changes

 

Qualifications

 

What You Bring

 

  • 7+ years experience in B2C and/or B2B Marketing roles, with proven experience in Product Marketing and/or base engagement and retention marketing
  • Recognized for your exceptional relationship-building skills, you bring people together to solve problems collectively and seek out different points of view to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life
  • Known for your ability to prioritize work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you manage and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives to get things done
  • Proven ability to understand numbers, you use insights and results to help solve problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Self-starter with initiative and the flexibility to handle ambiguity
  • Ability to lead a team of stakeholders in driving strategic outcomes that support the business
  • Post-secondary undergraduate degree in marketing, or equivalent experience and education

  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment including primary care, preventive care and/or allied health services

Salary Range:  $86,000-$130,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
