As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a role in healthcare innovation as a key member of the EMR Product Operations team. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders turning raw data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions. You will identify and report on key performance indicators that support stakeholders’ business and product strategy needs.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Manage processes for data intake, validation, and analysis as well as modeling, visualization, and communication of the deliverables
  • Ensure that product usage data is tracked, structured, and accessible to product managers and other stakeholders by building out reporting capabilities for accurately tracking key metrics
  • Interfacing with all functions in the organization (Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and customer facing teams) to ensure availability of cross-functional data
  • Collaborate with data experts and product managers to manage and report on product performance through visual dashboards and reports
  • Develop recommendations that support key business priorities and product decisions; working with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate these recommendations into initiatives and executable actions
  • Perform a variety of ad-hoc analyses and proactively identify areas of opportunity in partnership with product managers
  • Perform a variety of monthly and ad-hoc analyses and proactively identify areas of opportunity to inform product strategy in partnership with product managers
  • Lead the strategic in-product communication plan that resonates with the intended user base and maximizes the product’s adoption and chances of success.
  • Research the market to understand market fit, trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
     

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in analytics, business administration, mathematics, computer science or equivalent
  • Deep working knowledge of key SaaS metrics and transforming data into actionable insights that support product strategy
  • Several years of experience analysing qualitative and quantitative data and drawing insights from data
  • Obsession with tracking product performance and adoption, and having the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.
  • Professional experience with various data analysis and visualization techniques and tools
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
  • Recognized as a collaborative team player who builds trusting relationships in an extensive network of stakeholders

 

Nice-to-haves

 

Previous experience with:

  • Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools
  • Looker BI platform
  • Primary and secondary market research
  • Building in-production communication strategy that supports product awareness and adoption

Salary Range:  $71,000-$107,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
