  • Perform a variety of ad-hoc analyses and proactively identify areas of opportunity in partnership with product managers
  • Contribute to and support the data strategy across the business
  • Develop and implement metrics related to the programs’ strategic goals including financial, application quality, customer adoption, and more

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Deep experience with data visualization techniques and tools
  • Professional experience with Google Sheet, Data Studio & Microsoft Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of key SaaS metrics
  • Known for strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; for going beyond the data to deliver the ‘so what’ that drives decisions
  • Recognized as a collaborative team player who builds trusting relationships in an extensive network of stakeholders

  • Previous experience with Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools
  • Experience with Looker BI platform
  • An insatiable appetite for modern and emerging technologies and tools

If you don't have 100% of the experience listed above, you should still apply. We'd love to connect and learn about your unique skills and motivation to do meaningful work by leveraging the experience you DO have.
