Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

Joining our team means being part of a dynamic and driven group of professionals who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in field service delivery. We work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to some of the most pressing challenges facing our industry. Our team is made up of individuals who are passionate, creative, and committed to excellence, and we offer ample opportunities for professional growth and development. If you're looking for a supportive, engaging work environment where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!

What you’ll do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to develop and execute product strategy. You will partner with stakeholders to understand market trends, user needs, and business goals, and then create and prioritize product requirements. You will coordinate with teams to ensure successful product launches, drive adoption and engagement, and support ongoing product development. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our products and our ability to deliver value to our customers. In a typical week, you might lead product development meetings, analyze user data to inform product decisions, work with design and engineering teams to create product prototypes, and influence company-wide product strategy.

What you bring

  • To be successful as a Senior Product manager on our team, we are looking for candidates who bring:
  • A strong track record of product management experience, including product strategy development, product roadmap creation, and product launch execution.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing data to inform product decisions and drive product growth.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of product development and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused approach to product development, with the ability to understand user needs and translate them into product features and requirements.
  • A keen eye for design and user experience, with the ability to partner with design teams to create compelling and effective product prototypes.
  • A deep understanding of product management frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent work experience.

While we understand that finding the perfect candidate can be challenging, we are excited to welcome individuals who bring a strong combination of these skills and experience to our team.

Great-to-haves

  • In addition to the core requirements, it would be great to have a candidate who has:
  • Experience working in the field service industry or other technology-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with product management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
  • Experience with conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.

While not required, having these additional skills and experiences would be a plus for the role.
