Senior Product Manager - SMB Team
Vancouver, BC, CA, V6B 0M3 Toronto, ON, CA
Description
Join Our Team and What We'll Accomplish Together
The Senior Product Manager, SMB Internet Portfolio will develop and execute a strategic, data-driven product roadmap for TELUS Business' Fibre and Copper Internet services — the core connectivity products that power thousands of Canadian small and medium businesses.
We're at a critical inflection point: SMBs are demanding smarter, more integrated connectivity solutions, and we're investing to reposition our portfolio for this shift. In this role, you'll own the strategy, lifecycle, and performance of a critical connectivity portfolio that directly impacts how SMB customers run and grow their businesses. Your decisions will shape how TELUS wins in the SMB connectivity market.
You'll report to the Manager, Product & Services, and while this role does not include a permanent direct team, you'll be expected to lead cross-functional project teams and present strategic recommendations to the Leadership Team. You'll partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Systems, and Engineering to drive outcomes.
This role requires a product leader who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, solving complex business problems, building high-conviction business cases, and influencing teams across the organization. You will also leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve how we manage the portfolio, identify opportunities, and create better customer and team member experiences.
What You'll Do
Own Portfolio Strategy & Performance
Take end-to-end accountability for the Fibre and Copper Internet portfolio, including strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and performance.

-
Own the strategic positioning and competitiveness of the portfolio in the SMB market

Use market analytics, customer insights, performance data, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities, portfolio gaps, and product improvement areas

Partner with Sales, Marketing, GTM, Pricing, Finance, Operations, Systems, and Engineering teams to launch and optimize offers, capabilities, and customer experiences
-
Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous and complex problems, turning unclear business needs into actionable plans and decisions
