As part of the broader Product Bundling & Emerging Services portfolio, the SMB Order Automation & Channel Experience team is responsible for leading the design, development and enablement of products and services while also building our experience roadmaps. We work cross functionally with all stakeholders to build best-in-class order experiences for sales teams while ensuring a positive customer experience. Our team supports the product spectrum across both wireless and fixed portfolios.
What We’ll Accomplish:
We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to drive our Wireline Order Automation roadmap forward. In this role, you will lead the design and development of the end-to-end Wireline experience for all sales reps that sell SMB products while delivering easy experiences for our SMB owners. In other words, your goal is to leverage technology, tools and processes to enhance and further simplify the Wireline experience while bringing closure to issues impacting it. You will develop your talents in structured problem solving, project and product management, cross functional teamwork and powerful communications. All you have to do is bring your passion, your great attitude, and grit.

Great to have:
- Business or technical educational background (e.g. IT, engineering)
- 5+ years of progressive and relevant work experience in product management or project management
- Prior experience in telecommunications
- B2B experience - particularly in the small and/or medium business segments
