TELUS Digital is looking for a leader who can help drive an easy to use, secure and cohesive authentication experience for our customers, team members and business partners. As a senior product manager you will participate in the creation of identity products and drive adoption across TELUS.
Here’s how
- Driving strategy
- Drive decisions on business strategy for identity products focused on customer experience and security, balancing short and long-term opportunities
- Act as a customer experience advocate and demonstrate passion and dedication to new scalable technologies
- Work closely with the Common Services & Enterprise Architecture team to align the technical and strategic product roadmap
- Product Management
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Prioritize the associated product backlogs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to set the product vision based on the business strategy and objectives
- Communicate with business sponsors to review, validate & adjust product roadmap
- Participation in business planning, helping with “definition of ready”
- Continuously evaluate product performance and work with stakeholders to adjust the roadmap based on gaps
- Track and report on product performance

- Analysis of market trends
- Product roadmap and prioritized product backlogs
- Prioritization across products and business alignment
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
As a senior product manager you are in tune with both the customer and business priorities. You are an approachable decision maker and great communicator with a collaborative approach. By prioritizing and managing tradeoffs, your direction will shape the product backlog. You will utilize your vision, business acumen and technology expertise to evolve the identity platform and products while driving adoption across TELUS.
Great-to-haves
- Experience delivering identity products
- Known for your tight-knit teamwork and leadership skills, including leading cross functional teams
- An ability to distill complex and/or ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans
- Experience navigating and partnering with a large and diverse stakeholder mix and driving large-scale organizational change
- Experience communicating broad strategic initiatives to both key stakeholders and diverse internal teams including ability to develop and articulate succinct business rationale supporting recommendations
- 4+ years in product management
- Project management, process management, and vendor relationship management experience
- 3+ years of experience with executive presentations
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience
