Reporting to the Director of Talent Strategy and Culture, the Senior Program Manager leads the daily operations of this evolution. You are an outcome-obsessed collaborator who ensures every activity supports the shift to a skills-based currency. As the central orchestrator, you manage the project’s complex grid of stakeholders and data insights, to help us evolve to a skills-based talent management approach that matches team member skills with business needs.

In this role, you will manage the operational rhythm and governance of our cultural transformation. There is no existing playbook, you will need to help us create the structure to set this initiative up for success. You will also need to pull together qualitative and quantitative insights from diverse enterprise use cases—such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, and Redeployment—to ensure the project engine is sustainable and scalable. Your work will ensure the transition to a skills-based model is seamless and aligned with our 2026 Roadmap and beyond.

Roadmap Coordination & Execution | Own the live 2026 Roadmap, proactively reviewing milestones and the "Definition of Done" to ensure every task aligns with our strategic objectives.

AI-Enabled Synthesis | Comfortably leverage AI tools to help pull together qualitative data from leadership interviews and quantitative results from pilots into clear, concise insights.

Executive Material Design | Build high-quality, executive-ready decks that use data-driven storytelling to prepare senior leaders for key decisions and pressure-test feasibility scenarios.

Stakeholder Orchestration | Strategically align the schedules and readiness of a multitude of stakeholders—including Stream Leads, People and Culture Business Partners, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, P&C Systems, CIO, Privacy and Procurment—to ensure all project milestones are met.

Project Governance & Senior Reporting | Establish and maintain the project’s governance framework, including meeting cadence and status reporting. You own the creation of performance dashboards and progress reports tailored for Executive and Senior level audiences.

Proactive Risk Mitigation | Identify "collision points" and blockers early, developing 3-month timelines and providing clear options and recommendations to keep the project on track.

Action-Ready Briefing | Distill complex project updates into a "2-Week Look-ahead" that highlights clear risks, upcoming milestones, and required actions.

People Function PM Experience | You have 5-7 years of Project Management experience ideally within a People/HR function, supporting enterprise-wide transformations and managing matrixed stakeholder group who understands the nuances of working in a global team.
